Stuck with Bracelet that cannot be worn

I saved up and bought a really pretty $1200.00 14K Gold multi colored sapphire bracelet. It looks like a rainbow. After one (1) wearing it was kinked in two places. I returned it to be replaced or fixed. They returned it supposedly 'fixed' but now the clasp would not work. It fell off twice onto my lap as I was making up my face, so I did not wear it out of the bedroom. However, it did kink again.
I returned the bracelet again to have it unkinked and to have the clasp fixed. It came back unkinked, but the clasp still did not work.
Because of medical problems I just let it sit in my jewelry box for about a month and then took it to my jeweler to fix the clasp, and to see if he could find out a way to permanently unkink the bracelet. I went to pick it up a couple of weeks later. He draped the bracelet over my wrist and it kinked again. He said that the bracelet was not repairable. It kinked every time it was put on a wrist, so he did not try to fix the clasp. It was absolutely not wearable.
When I called Gem Shoppping Network, they said that the 30 day warranty period had expired. I was completely stuck with a bracelet I can't wear. They would not repair it, nor would they replace it, nor wold they refund my money. Even though I had already returned it for the same problem twice before. I have no recourse but to keep this $1200 bracelet sitting in my jewelry box.
In addition, I returned pearls that I did not like. I has been 90 days - 3 months - and I still have not received the $600.00 refund.
