Did not receive what I ordered

I originally ordered clear gift cards via phone from profit point and rewardforloyalty.com is the same. Profit point had agreed to send clear cards, but we recieved white cards. When we opened the box, we were in shock to see that they were not clear and had black spots on them, when we called Profit Point to see why we received white instead of clear, they said that because of our logo, it was not a good idea to get clear cards, however, no one made an attempt to inform us that we were not going to get clear cards. We wanted the cards before Christmas, when we recieved the cards, they were unusable because of the black spots. When were contacted by Profit Point, they said that the clear cards was not in the order, but white was not either.

We had place our order via phone. Were were asked why we did not say anything when we got the picture of the card since it was white, but it is impossible to tell if it is white or clear on the computer, since clear has no color and we assumed that the rep had taken our order like we requested. The rep apologized for her mistake, but we are unable to use those cards and it was thier mistake, but they are still charging me fees I have no idea what they are. I will also be filing a complaint to the BBB.
