I called Dell's Small Business Support support customer service number 800 456 3355 and after being on hold for 1.5 hours, I was told by Rowell Tangco to pretty much go screw myself. I can't begin to say how rude he was. I should have listened to everyone who said not to buy a Dell. I was going to purchase Dell's for the whole company but after speaking with him I changed my mind. And all after one system. Rowell Tangco accused me of falsifying information and lying, while I simply wanted Dell to either replace defective and broken laptop or provide a refund per their warranty. Rowell Tangco is the epitome of a poor customer service rep and is a typical example of the poor type of customer service Dell is supplying these days.
