They appear to be selling used software that is already registered to someone else and cannot be activated Cordova, Tennessee Internet

I recently bought a retail copy of Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional from SoftwareSupplyGroup.com. When it arrived, the DVD box was not shrink-wrapped. When I installed the software and attempted to register and activate it online (which Adobe requires), I received a response that said this serial number has already been activated and has reached the maximum number of registrations.

Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, they explained that perhaps someone has used a random key generator to already register this serial number. But considering the box wasn't shrink wrapped, I'm suspicious that this is actually just a used product sold as new.
