Purchased software from TechDeckDirect.com and after having much difficulty in getting the software it was finally delivered. I then installed the Adobe CS4 Master Collection software and upon trying to execute any of the programs I receive the message that the license has expired. I then contacted Adobe and was told that the serial number provided with the software is not a valid number and that I have an illegal copy of their software. They also said that TEchDeckDirect is not an authorized reseller of their products.
