Purchased Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. Product arrived and looked like Adobe packaging. Registered product with Adobe.
Later tried to find softcaptain.com on the net, the site had disappeared.
Ran into a tech usage problem today, 12/20. Called Adobe, gavr them my product serial number. The tech said the number was invalid and that the vendor has "pulled" that ser number fom being valid.
I have no docs including the email from softcaptain.com after the purchase due to a hard drive failure. So, I am basically SCREWED, as Adobe insists on a paper trail...
