Took Money, never replied to emails, number busy or off hook constantly

I ordered a birthday waterpipe from glassartplus.com and did not keep the tracking number thinking i would get a conformation email, not. They have no emailed me back, their phone is busy or off the hook and it has been almost a month. I am really stuck and spent $81 on that place.

This website has been ripping people off for to long, something has to be done about these people! Now!
