I am a victim of this company
FBM software product (Zeroads) wasn't compatible with my anti-virus software. So, I requested a refund on Dec. 12.
Never heard from them! They have live support, so I talked to a person named Cris.
Well needless to say Jan came still no refund! Went to live chat again and explained, talked to Anthony he suggested that I e-mail again, I did.
Got a e-mail back Jan 8, saying it would take 1 to 3 weeks.
Here it is Feb. 9 still no refund!!!
