My problem that I had to download a file that exceeded 30Mb for a class assignment, but after only 2 hours the Juno program booted me off the internet!
When I reported the problem, and asked if there was a way I could turn this aspect of the program off, they told me there wasnt and in a nutshell told me that that was the way it was and that Id have to live with it! They did recommend getting a download accelerant program, but I contend that I shouldnt have to!
Another problem we have encountered was a backdoor virus (Hmm! I wonder how that happened!) that had set up this service we had not requested. We had only figured it out after we got our phone bill a few months later. We found the program and purged it from our computers, from there we told our telephone service provider that we wouldnt be paying for that particular service, seeing as we did not ask for it!
By the way I did not want Juno service to begin with, I tried to talk to my mom about Cybertrails, Earthlink, or some local ISP but my mother has a friend that uses Juno for her business and my step dads brother has it so they just HAD to jump on the bandwagon.

Not to be mean or anything, but please check your spelling before you submit any complaints, especially if you wish these scam artists to know that you mean business!
