Claims to provide genuine software, provides counterfeit product, no refund, even tho promised many times. Uses stalling tactics

Ordered software from their site. They guarantee genuine software. What they sent was counterfeit pirated software. When I complained, they promised 100% satisfaction or money refunded if I returned the product, which I did 6 weeks ago. Since then, nothing but promises of a refund-no refund, and obviously not one coming. Pure dishonesty. Stay away!
