I ordered a halloween costume for my 4 1/2 year old daughter from these guys on 10/14/08. On their website they said that the costume was in stock, and that they ship their orders within 48hours. The only size that they carried for this costume was a child small 4/6 which was exactly what we needed.
A day after I ordered and paid for the costume I sent an email to confirm everything, and never heard back. Two days later when the costume was supposed to ship and didn't I sent another email and still no response. I tried to call the company but they had the same recording playing on their machine for a week straight -"customer service is closed until 2:00 today please leave us an email and we will respond within 3 hours". I left email after email and still no response. It had been a week and a half and still no costume and no response. I finally filed a report with the BBB and the FTC.
On 10/23/08 I received an email stating that they did not have the costume in stock and after searching all over for it they found it and were shipping it priority mail. On 10/29/08 we finally received a costume in the mail only to find that it was a toddler size 3T/4T which was too short for my daughter. I emailed their company immediately stating that I wanted a full refund, and I am still waiting to hear back. This is by far the worst company that I have ever ordered anything from. They are crooks and I find it so disturbing that they rip off little kids.
