I ordered a costume from these scam artists on October 19. The shipping was guaranteed to be here in no more than 7 days. So on October 26 I called to check on the status. They put me on hold...
A few minutes later the girl came back on the line and said for some reason it never got shipped. She told me she would overnight the costume to me for no fee since they forgot to ship the costume. Meanwhile, my card had already been charged!
I never did receive the costume I ordered and paid for. I have left several messages by phone and email, but NO response. Very poor business practices! So here we are 2 months later with no costume and no money. Of course I do not want the costume now I want my money back $60.49 in check form mailed to my house.
I have emailed the lady in returns that I never received my order and wanted a return. She never answers the phone and doesn't respond to emails either.
Beware of these People!!
