Tucson scammer Justin Eubank

We are a small Tucson rent to own company. We rented a laptop to Justin Eubank, we always felt we had to go through alot of "hoops' to get him to pay, but also know that comes with the territory.
After giving us 5 credit cards with charge authorizations, all of his cards were always declined.
After some period of not recieving a payment, Justin told us he was going to go to our website and make a $200 payment with a CC-which he did, using someone else's cc information-a person named Thomas L. Who reversed the charges back to us as unknown. Justin told us this was his Stepfather-which ended up not being true.
After this, we went to visit Justin Eubank at his residence for the second time. He had moved, and not let us know, luckily his landlord Debra let us know where we could find him, so we went to his new location.
Justin's wife Nichole was at the residence, but claimed Justin was not there. After a lengthy period of going around with her telling her we wanted our lap top back due to non payment, and cc fraud, as well as Nichole saying she knew nothing about all of this. She finally asked us to hold on so she could "call" Justin, and at that point he went out a back window or door of their residence and around the house, and came down the drive like he just happened to be "strolling" home, after some arguing he ended up admitting that he had sold the laptop, and that the credit card that he had used to make the $200 payment with was someone he knew that he stated owed him money. We left on the agreement that we would not report the system as stolen if Justin continued to make regular payments - he made a payment on that day, and has not made another payment since, that was over 2 months ago. We did report the system as stolen to the police. Justin has moved again, and will not give us his new address. $1,656 is the unpaid amount that Justin Eubanks owes our business.
Justin claims to be a computer repair tech. And video game designer, he has went under the business alias's Dynamix Networks, Remedy PC, and Criminal Origins, Fuse Online PC Services, Talon Technical Services. He has served time in the the past for criminal activity as well (on public records).
