Will never buy from these people again! They lied and cheated me when it came to delivering on their promises. I ordered a fireplace that cost $50 bucks more than the competitor because The sales person Tia said the one from AM Royal came with screen doors. I placed the order then waited many weeks and thru many lies as to why my order was not filled I did receive my order and ask where are the doors. Tia said she would find out and get back to me. Now she will not answer her email or phone calls from me anymore. Buyer Be Ware! I have waited several months for a reply so I am pretty sure they are intent on just taking my money and never providing the doors.
