We hired Justin Paul's Productions to tape our wedding. He was a friend of ours who does video freelancing jobs. His wife, Ellen and him, Justin Egley videotaped our wedding. Two years later we have yet to receive anything regarding a video. I have contacted him numerous times with no progress. He's lied and said, he sent it out UPS and gave me a tracking number and everything. When nothing arrived, I contacted UPS and they said, he paid for the shipping but there was nothing for UPS to pick up when they arrived at his residence. We have contacted the better business bureau, pennsylvania's attorney general. All without any help. We signed a contract with him. I don't understand what the point of the contract is if the person who initially made the contract doesn't doesn't hold up his side of the contract. We have sent him a letter from an attorney "threatening" to take him to court, still nothing.
