I find it rather odd that in such a competitive market that such a company would not hat the fortitude to treat there customer base with more diligence.

I purchase a Visiontek 4870 512 mb video card on July 25th and the product stopped to operate on October. I submitted a RMA request and they stated that the product will have to sent back an additional $10.00?

The product was shipped on October the 14th and I have confirmed tracking that they did receive the item on the 18th of October. They indicated that it would take 7-10 business days to process the order! Which is totally absurd when you have to consider that the computer will not operate without a video card. Unfortunately I had to concede to these ridiculous process and expense.

10 business days forward - October 28th and nothing has been received nor was there any email correspondence to the fact. I called them and was shocked that the card was not even looked at.

Today, November the 3rd 2008 and still no indication of where my card is. I called and he indicated that he thinks it was shipped bu "hey, there's allot of paper work here and I'm not sure where the tracking number is but I'm pretty sure we shipped it out - we'll email you once we find it"

Avoid dealing with this company. There are plenty of other companies that offer a substantially better service - EVGA is probably the best I've ever dealt with.
