I ordered a Sally costume (from nightmare before christmas) for my daughter on 10/5/08. On 10/06/08 the money was taken out of my account & we sat waiting for her costume. I did receive the email stating that they received the order on the 5th. On the 13th (Monday) I tried to call, only to get a message saying that the voicemail was full-then I was thinking "mmmm-not good" I called the next day & left a message saying I was still waiting for the costume to arrive. I called them everyday from then on-giving my cell & home #, then on the 16th I received a email saying that the costume was no longer available & they cancelled my order, now I'm really upset-why would we be able to order it online if it was sold out & why did it take them 12 days to let me know that? However, when I called today (Friday-the 17th) telling them that I want my money back today-I haven't heard from them (got the same voicemail this time saying it was full-10:00P.M. Cst) I want some type of response-GIVE ME MY $ BACK!!!
