OAN Voicemail Billing from Strangers and Late Payment Threats

Well I just starting getting these billing statements that their billing me for voicemail which I don't even know these people I never ordered any of their services or anything and they bill me on my Verizon bill they keep sneaking in this payment and when I call Verizon they know nothing about it they keep wondering why I'm so angry at them but they don't know but how when I didn't pay it full they still say I owe them money this is a rip off so I saw this site and read the things about oan services they I ordered voicemail which I didn't
