Eceived my phone bill the past 2 mos 11/19 and 12/19 07 with this billing and i just dont understand this at all Have never heard of this till i read the bill. I have tried to contact them but cant get thru am very angry that verizon would let these people put charges on my bill that i have no idea what its for. Im hard of hearing blind in one eye now. I dont need this kind of aggravation to add to my woos since my health takes alot of it.
