I am paid in full with this company, yet I recive emails (13 today alone) stating my service is past due. On the account page I am paid in full until the end of October. My credit card shows the charges to them. My service is currently suspended for non-payment, yet I have paid.
I have submitted support requests, but only recived automated replies. I have looked for a phone number, but one is not listed.
Stay clear of this company. With all the other companies providing the same services, there is no reason to go with such a seedy and mismanaged company.
