Darkstar LLC or Darkstar Communications fail to cancel my account. They tried to automatically bill my account even thought in their control panel I have not to auto - bill me. They will not cancel account even thought I have gave them my information. So look on your credit card statement for phone number 1-877—9014 just gives message to file a ticket to support. They want my new credit card information, because my card expired between service time, thank god. They would of billed me. And they pursuit to try to bill me. I refuse to give them my information and filed a claim with the BBB - Better Business Bureau. They have claims at the BBB and still will not answered by Darkstar.
So they will continue to rip off people BEWARE!
