I have used Worldwebhosters.com for 3 years for my personal website with no problem. Last year I added a second account for my husband's web site.
I was on a yearly payment plan, and opted for the auto pay.
For the last 10 months, the auto pay went awry, and from Sept - Oct of '05 I kept getting charged for my annual account. After some headaches and complaints I got that straightened out, then again this past March they decided to start auto withdrawing again on a monthly basis for one of my accounts.
I tried to contact them, but they only have a web address and no phone.
They would not respond to emails, so I had to change my credit card number and have them credit the charges.
This past month, they suspended my other account that is paid in full and current. After 3 weeks of email correspondence, they finally answered my question of why my website wasnt' working, and that was because of the credit card dispute with the other account.
Thankfully, I do not have a lot invested in my accounts. It's a shame that companies can't be honest.
