First off, I had to call about three or four times to receive my $40 rebate. Only after my calls did I receive it.
Secondly, my monitor does not work at all. It smells smokey and there is no picture. I called the 800 number, but it's changed. I called the other number and they told me to go to their website and gave me the web address. I tried to go to the website, and it's not available.
My monitor is under warranty, but what good is a warranty if you can't get your RMA (return merchandis authorization) number to get it repaired? It's very frustrating.
