Both my Kory son and I purchased Futura 17" monitors on June 22. The forms supplied by Fry's were completed and sent with the accompaning documentation as requested that same day. Neither of us has received the $40 rebate for each monitor that was promised in 8-12 weeks. That was 9/22. It is now 10/21.
