I purchased a 19" Futura monitor two years ago and I enjoyed its positive features until it just stopped working. It would not "turn on".
I went to the LIKOMUSA site and filled out a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization. I tried to fax my proof of purchase as the site requested and the phone was always "busy".
I called the above number and was told that the company that made the Futura monitors went out of business - so much for a three year warranty.
I will do future business with well know and hopefully more reputable companies in the future.
