CEO Chris Hutcherson under Investigation for Embezzlement and Attempts to Steal Control of Internet Marketing Gorillas (IMG)
Internet-based company Internet Marketing Gorillas' specializes in lead generating technology for the network marketing industry. Robert Henslee who is the founder, president, CTO and inventor of the AUMMB leads generation system recently stated, "Based on interviews with network marketing up-lines, I identified a need for a Network Marketing leads generation system that could consistently create leads through an SEM technology based leads system.
From a powerful initial idea, and five years in the making, Henslee knew he could grow the seed into a multi-million dollar concern and was willing to finance his house to see his idea develop. He then partnered with Mormon Church leader and one-time friend Chris Hutcherson and made him CEO of the new LLC out of Utah.
Hiring Chris Hutcherson was the biggest mistake of my life, Henslee stated. We raised significant capital through investors to initialize the AUMMB model, but once we reached the capitalization threshold to properly launch, Mr. Hutchison decided to go after the easy money.instead of working the current business plan of IMG, he started misdirecting our investors by claiming that the search technology that was predicated upon Google search inclusion technology didn't really work. Nothing could be further from the truth.in fact, Mr. Hutchison used this lie to misdirect the venture capitalists of the concern and to discredit my search engine inclusion model, which was the foundation of the concern's venture capital in the first place.
Many, including some of the investors and also Mr Henslee and his employees are bitterly disappointed by Mr. Hutchison's actions, in particular his takeover attempts of IMG through fraud and deception.
Mr. Hutcherson has stolen all the operating funds while refusing to provide any accounting details. He has even gone into the Division of Corporations, changed the ownership records, as well as going into the bank and arranging for release into his name of all funds says Mr. Henslee who is facing foreclosure on his home due to Mr Hutcherson's deceptions.
I don't have any money for food, my power account is about to be shut off again and I even had no water in the house. Mr Hutcherson doesn't care if I live or starve; his only interest has been in stealing the investors' money and cheating me out of investment earnings that I rightfully should have access to. We feel his actions are downright criminal and immoral in nature and we are bringing the matter to the attention of all state and federal agencies, to aid in the investigation and criminal prosecution of Mr. Hutchison to the fullest extent of the law possible in this matter.
These criminal acts have caused serious distress for many of IMG's employees as well as leaving Mr Henslee, the original founder of the concern, desolate without ability to generate income.in my opinion, says Mr Henslee, this is a deliberate act of terror and we are asking both the federal government and local agencies to prosecute Mr. Hutcherson and his associates to the fullest extent of the law.
