Makes Fools Of Utah's Legal Aid And Judge S Roth Court Chris Hutcherson uses Judges S Routh court to hide behind

Internet Marketing Gorillas' ex-CEO, Chris Hutcherson, appears to be relying on points of law to protect him while he continues to hold the company hostage while terrorizing and defrauding his business partners.

When approached by the President of Internet Marketing Gorillas, for an explanation about the violating the partnership, stealing control of operating accounts and unauthorized records of spending, Mr Hutcherson applied for a Court Stalking Order in the State of Utah. An act, Mr Henslee says, prohibits him from lawfully conducting his business with Mr Hutcherson who is alleged to have embezzled in excess of half a million dollars from the concern.

Judge S. Roth would be surprised to learn Hutcherson has manipulated his court for personal gain and illegal acts using Utah's stalking laws in a manner other than the state intended. Hutcherson convinced the bank to remove Henslee from the partnership account depriving Henslee of his income, he than persuaded Joanna B. Sagers and Keri Gardner of Utah's legal aid to file the stalking injunction to hide behind and to keep Henslee from talking to investors and operating his partnership.

Mr. Henslee's main concern is not for himself in this matter. This, despite the fact that Mr Hutcherson's actions have forced Henslee into a precariously poor existence - foreclosure on his home because of unpaid mortgage repayments; loss of his car through repossession when he couldn't maintain the repayments; no power or water supplies to his home; and at times no food on the table. Mr Henslee invests heavily into the growth of his internet marketing business model; Mr. Hutcherson meanwhile holds the company ransom and continues his attempts at defrauding his business partners. He has since renamed Henslee's work in a further attempt to steals Henslee's intellectual property.

For example:

? Hutcherson sought the Court Stalking Order so that Mr Henslee and any of his representatives could not communicate with Hutcherson or any of his representatives. Hutcherson carried his sham fully when an employee of IMG requested she be paid, and Hutcherson claimed this contact to be breach of the stalking order. Undoubtedly, Hutcherson is hiding behind this protective legal mechanism in a bid to avoid federal prosecution by the FBI. Perhaps he also wants to create the impression that he is the victim in this case.

The President Mr. Henslee, is more worried about the damage to the reputation of IMG; the loss of right to practice business that would generate profits for the many investors; and lack of knowledge or whereabouts of the financials for the company over which Hutcherson had considerable control.

From its humble beginnings in the study of his home in Florida, Mr Henslee developed an impressive business-marketing model for the Internet. Realizing its potential, he sought further growth and development of the marketing model. He foresaw that funding through investors would raise the essential capital to take the internet business to the next level. That is when Chris Hutcherson stepped in. Relying on his one-time friendship with Mr Hutcherson, Henslee offered the position of CEO to his friend in the form of a partnership, and soon undertook an extensive capital-raising venture, which rose in excess of $1.4 million of venture capitol. Such was the validity of the Internet marketing model Henslee developed.

Hutcherson appears to have recognized the business model's potential, and has since set about undermining the reputation of Mr Henslee in the eyes of the investors, while also claiming to be the rightful owner of the concern when at best he was a hired gun. Under this guise, Hutcherson allegedly illegally dumped Henslee, President, Chief Technical Officer, Chairman of the board and the major shareholder from all ties to the IMG;

Hutcherson continues to leverage Mr. Henslee by offering to purchase Henslee stock for a ridiculous sum all the while illegally holding the concern hostage in an act of terror.

A leading bank in the United States may also come under legal scrutiny for the part it played in allowing Hutcherson to defraud Mr Henslee.

The partners are asking for all goverment agencies FBI and the SEC to help invesigate Mr Hutcherson and his illegal actions.
