If you were to read about Chris Hutcherson as he would like you to, he would almost have you believe he was the third Blues Brother - on a mission from God. His mission is allegedly to under promise and over deliver.
As a Mormon Church leader you won't necessarily see him dressed in dark suit, bowler hat and dark sunglasses. But then, you wouldn't expect to learn of his reputation for Pump and Dump investment rip-offs either.
This Who's Who recipient on 21 occasions, nationally and globally combined, prefers to be noted for the pride he has taken in providing services to children's nonprofit organizations, schools and charities.
For his business partner in Utah-based LLC, Internet Marketing Gorillas, Robert Henslee, Chris Hutcherson is remembered for illegally taking investor funds, stealing Robert's intellectual property, ruining reputations, causing damage to companies, defrauding rightful owners of stock and capital, and falsifying statements so he can claim ownership of corporations that literally he does not own.
Chris Hutcherson paints almost a white-picket-fence picture of his charitable endeavors. His skills as a businessman and consultant have earned him praise and testimonials.
For a man whose career began in the classroom as a teacher, a career he claims he tries not to forget, it seems he has lessons of his own to learn about the repercussions of committing crimes such as fraud, embezzlement, and Intellectual Property theft.
Undoubtedly, Chris Hutcherson possesses the persuasive and charismatic ability of a salesman, capable of influencing investors to see value in committing their funds to causes or corporations. What many investors in the Internet Marketing Gorillas LLC are finding out the hard way, and somewhat too late, is that some of their monies have been illegally redirected into Chris Hutcherson's own personal account; he has also illegally taken control of corporate fund accounts, leaving employees of the company without pay.
Investors were persuaded to entrust their funds in to IMG with the company's US$150 million business model, a model validated by several leading universalities. It is based on Robert Henslee's own sophisticated proprietary AUMMB lead generation technology. Robert's expertise as one of the best SEO, SEM and SEA technology developers saw him work on this technology for five years, and it was a perfect fit with Network Marketing, an industry Chris Hutcherson is involved in.incorporating Robert's technology with the Network Marketing industry was the foundation for the LLC, Internet Marketing Gorillas, where Robert is Chairman of the Board, Chief Technology Officer, and majority shareholder and Chris, the co-founder was made CEO.
Instead of focusing on the primary business objective of selling IMG's technology to major Network Marketing uplines, as detailed in the business plan, Chris Hutcherson took advantage of his position as CEO. Hutcherson began masterminding a scheme to misappropriate investor funds, hire new staff not approved of by Robert Henslee, chase after alternative business models that were not part of the IMG business plan and then use falsified documents to illegally force Robert from his position in the company.
Once he was in control of the investor funds, Chris Hutcherson also began using IMG's own Internet Television concept - Gorilla TV - as his own, using funds he stole from IMG investors to promote Gorilla TV under the new name of The Elevision Network, or Elevision TV.
The Gorilla TV concept was embraced by investors - it offers three fully loaded studios, each complete with robotic cameras and virtual set capabilities. Clients are also impressed with the studios, so much so that they were booked out - and only Hutcherson knew where the fees these clients paid were being deposited.
His trail of destruction also includes a US$500,000.00 debt he left for Internet Marketing Gorillas. Chris Hutcherson has violated the IMG partnership agreement on many levels;
he has fraudulently obtained control of the Internet Marketing Gorilla investor funds by deception and lies;
he has moved the IMG operating capital to another bank and locked out officers;
he misdirected investor funds into his own personal account;
he continues to attempt to steal IMG company;
he has presented Mr Henslee with contracts prepared by someone he falsely claims as being In-house Counsel;
he has misdirected investors with false counsel;
he has hired a known convicted offender who continues to capitalize on his position;
he has paid the convicted felon without approval from Partners and Founders;
he has hired employees who had a conflict of interest; and,
he even prevented Robert Henslee from taking rightful legal action to discuss business affairs with him when Hutcherson went into the Utah courts and obtained a Court Stalking Order, an act that demonstrates how far he is willing to go to protect himself through wrongful use of the court's protection system.
It must have been a blow to Hutcherson to learn that his own attorneys to the Stalking case dumped him after learning of his deceit.
Chris Hutcherson's Under Promise and Over Deliver mission included hiring a convicted felon whose resume could not be fully verified and offering him a leading position in IMG in marketing and promoting the AUMMB and the Internet Television, Gorilla TV. Overstating the reach of the marketing methods being used was just one of the deceptions involved in the Over Promise and Under Deliver practices undertaken by Chris Hutcherson and his associates. This person still is working with Mr. Hutcherson.
Investors are urged to honor their original agreements with IMG, and enter discussions with Robert Henslee regarding hiring a new CEO, taking appropriate legal action against Chris Hutcherson, seeking financial recovery from the loss of ROI caused by Hutcherson's actions, and repairing the reputation of Internet Marketing Gorillas.
Chris Hutcherson is on borrowed time and he leaves a string of illegal activities trailing behind him.
