Mr. Hutcherson is Mr. Henslee's business partner in the LLC, Internet Marketing Gorillas. However, Hutcherson has been undertaking illegal acts as he tries to steal Mr. Henslee's company, the operating funds and intellectual property. Mr. Henslee is requesting help from the State Attorney's office to investigate and prosecute Mr. Hutcherson's collaborators accordingly.

In early after five solid years building the complicated technology platform, Robert was extremely confident that he had a technology that could completely rewrite the face of Lead Generation for Network Marketing. So confident in fact that he refinanced his home. He also partnered with one-time friend and Mormon Church leader Chris Hutcherson, purported to be outstanding Chief Executive Officer material, and a regular in the Who's Who magazine, named in Who's Who in the World 10 times and Who's Who in America some 11 times.
This was a major mistake for Henslee.
Chris Hutcherson and I formed the LLC, Internet Marketing Gorillas. I already successfully own and operate Marketing Gorillas out of Florida. When Chris and I started up the IMG Corporation out of Utah where Chris is based, I immediately made him my CEO. I trusted him. The first sensible thing I did was retain ownership of the company, only issuing Hutcherson with 49% control. I still retain 51% control, but now the problems are bigger than I could have ever imagined. At no time did I ever think that my own business partner, someone I knew as a respected Mormon Church leader, Who's Who recipient and very successful Network Marketer, could be so deceitful and act illegally to take control of my company and steal my life work from me. I have since learned what a con man Mr. Hutcherson is.
His own business partner continues to attempt to steal his intellectual property and Henslee is asking the Utah State Attorneys office to investigate and prosecute Mr. Chris Hutcherson's and his associates accordingly and stop the theft.
Hutcherson played both Henslee and also the investors for fools. Relying on his persuasive salesmanship, Chris Hutcherson sourced several investors who saw the potential in the AUMMB technology. As the funds accumulated in the investment account, Hutcherson seemed to lose focus - at least with regard to the AUMMB investment strategy. Before long, he was discussing alternative investments such as subscription model programs and social networking, all of which deviated from the original business plan, which was presented to the initial investors.
Mr. Hutcherson and his associates have lied and are continuing to lie to IMG's current customers, telling them Mr. Henslee was never part of the company and that IMG no longer exists and the company IMG is being replaced by Mr. Hutcherson new company Elevision Network TV, operated on stolen funds from Henslee's corporation.
Not only is he stealing our ideas and intellectual property, he and his associates are stealing our investors and our clients and attempting to destroy my company as well. This is outright fraudulent, and we can prove it, Henslee said.

We're talking a US$150 million business model here as validated by several leading universalities, says Henslee. There may have been merit - in the long term - in the alternative technology models Chris Hutcherson was chasing. What he failed to understand was that we needed to deliver on the original AUMMB model. We have investors who have entrusted us with millions of dollars - and in these hard economic times, that says something for the potential they could see in this AUMMB platform. Now, Chris Hutcherson who so convincingly pitched the AUMMB technology to them has dumped the business plan, and used fraudulent and deceptive means to gain control of Internet Marketing Gorillas, jeopardizing the investments and damaging my reputation and the potential of my proprietary technology as well as damaging the company. He now has pitched other investment opportunities to these financial partners, and has manipulated the corporate funds, including depositing funds into his own personal account. No-one knows the fate of their investments because Hutcherson has failed to provide an accounting for the funds. We believe Mr. Hutcherson is using the funds for his new company. The one thing I know for sure is that a full investigation by both state and federal agencies is needed to reveal the criminal activities of Chris Hutcherson and any of his associates.
Hutcherson relies on his own reputation as a Mormon Church leader and his Who's Who success to paint himself as the victim in this corporate take-over. He has accused Robert Henslee of threatening acts toward Hutcherson and his family when no such threats were made. He then used this weak accusation to apply to the Utah Court for a Court Stalking Order, prohibiting Henslee from fairly and reasonably approaching Hutcherson to discuss the corporate crisis. Since then the attorneys have quit their representation of Chris Hutcherson because they believed Hutcherson used the law for purposes other than intended for victims in the State of Utah. Conditions, he states, have been intentionally inflicted upon him through Chris Hutcherson's callous, manipulative, coercive and illegal actions.

Mr Henslee adds this warning: To any company, affiliate or investor that participates in selling IMG's technology; we are advising them that they are dealing with stolen intellectual property and may be an accessory in several different crimes. They therefore must realize they have a liability in this matter. Specifically Gorilla TV in its renamed entity and those who are participating in it. Be advised: If you are using IMG's intellectual property without permission of the majority owner Mr. Henslee, you are committing a serious crime. This will NOT be a prudent investment for any organization and you will have a huge liability, with no return on investment and you will be hearing from the IMG attorneys along with the FBI, SEC, and State Attorneys Office and from Mr. Henslee.
