Chris Hutcherson's Lack of Due Diligence Responsible for Partnering Investors with Convicted Felon and Bringing Damage to Corporation.
In 1995 it became a matter of public record. A crime had been committed. A crime so serious - second-degree murder - the offender received nine years in a State Penitentiary. The same offender was found guilty of bigamy in 2005. Tragic when understood in the context that the charge of second-degree murder relates to the death of the offender's third wife.
Chris Hutcherson appears to have been lax in his due diligence when he selected this convicted felon for employment within Internet Marketing Gorillas. Unless, of course, he was aware of the offender's record and gave little consideration to the impact such a record might have on the company's reputation. Chris Hutcherson's actions have resulted in a convicted felon being partnered with legitimate investors without the investors' knowledge.
Though he was hired (and there is contention on this fact alone), the offender's resume contained details and claims that could not be validated through background checks carried out by the founder of Internet Marketing Gorillas, Robert Henslee. On the matter of the felon being hired, CEO Chris Hutcherson has so far failed to produce any kind of employment contract between the offender and Internet Marketing Gorillas. This, in spite of the offender clearly capitalizing on his role in the concern's marketing division for which he was being paid. Partners of the company have expressed their concern regarding Mr Hutcherson's negligent judiciary responsibilities as CEO of the LLC.
Add to this the fact that Chris Hutcherson violated the partnership agreement by hiring the offender without the consent of the principals. Mr Henslee asked Hutcherson to release the offender of any contractual obligations to the company, a request Chris Hutcherson refused, claiming that the company would lose money. The offender held a significant role within the company, a role that Robert Henslee terminated.
During his questionable tenure within Internet Marketing Gorillas, the offender made falsified claims about marketing results, while inappropriately attempting to conduct private business with the executives and investors of Internet Marketing Gorillas' and its customer base.

Discovering the extent to which Chris Hutcherson failed in his due diligence as the CEO of Internet Marketing Gorillas causes me significant concern. He has not only brought a cloud of distrust over the corporation, he has misrepresented, misdirected and misinformed all interested parties - the investors, the potential clients, not to mention myself, the original founder and partner. I feel his actions have caused the corporation great damage.
I trusted Chris Hutcherson. After all, he is a leading minister in the Mormon Church. When he came to me, he was frustrated because he had figured out that in order to build a lead generation Portal he would need the most sophisticated SEO, SEM, and Search Engine architecture to make it work. For me, it was an epiphany. I had just spent the past five years developing a technology platform with all of the tools necessary to build this Portal; thus, we decided to form a company to work toward launching the Portal.
Now, Chris Hutcherson has violated the partnership agreement on many levels;
*he has fraudulently obtained control of the Internet Marketing Gorilla investor funds by deception and lies;
* he has moved our operating capital to another bank;
* he misdirected investor funds into his own personal account;
* he continues to attempt to steal my company;
* he has presented me with contracts prepared by someone he falsely presents as being In-house Counsel;
* he has misdirected investors with false counsel;
* he has hired a known offender who continues to capitalize on his position;
* he has paid the convicted felon without approval;
* he has hired employees who had a conflict of interest; and,
* he even prevented me from taking my rightful legal action to discuss business affairs with him when he went into the Utah courts and obtained a Court Stalking Order, an act that demonstrates how far he is willing to go to protect himself through wrongful use of the court's protection system.
I have known Chris Hutcherson for 15 years and I considered him my friend. My concern is for the investors. If he is willing to screw someone he has known as a friend for 15 years, what is he willing to do to our investors? The simple truth is he's taken their money and left them with nothing. That's been my experience with him and past performance is a good indication of what will happen in the future.
He did all this to me after 15 years of friendship. I don't even have money to eat and he couldn't care less.
Mr Henslee is in discussion with lawyers and law enforcement, and intends to see that Chris Hutcherson and those who are conspiring with him are prosecuted to the fullest extent of State and Federal laws.
