Chris Hutcherson The Elevision Network IMG Internet Marketing Gorillas
Utah State Attorney's Office Help Wanted - Investigate Chris Hutcherson, Elevision Network Utah, Attorney State Utah, Elevision Network

Chris Hutcherson, Mormon Church leader and a regular in Who's Who magazine, became business partners recently in the LLC, Internet Marketing Gorillas, with his one-time friend Robert Henslee after they previously worked together in the 90s.

Robert Henslee had since gone on to create the sophisticated proprietary technology - AUMMB - for lead generation, an ideal fit for Network Marketing companies. That was where Chris Hutcherson came into the picture, because Chris was heavily involved in Network Marketing. When they formed the LLC, Robert retained 51% ownership in the company and made Chris the CEO - what seemed an ideal choice given Chris's past.

However, Hutcherson soon seemed to find the allure of investor funds too appealing, and has been undertaking illegal acts as he tries to steal Mr. Henslee's company, the operating funds and intellectual property.

Mr. Henslee is requesting help from the State Attorney's office to investigate and prosecute Mr. Hutcherson's collaborators accordingly.

Henslee says; If you work for the state attorneys office, we are asking you to contact us immediately about this complaint and learn more about the details of this case.

Henslee is asking the Utah State Attorneys office to investigate and prosecute Mr. Chris Hutcherson and his associates to the full extent of the law and stop the theft. He says that Mr. Hutcherson and his associates have lied and are continuing to lie to IMG's current customers, telling them Mr. Henslee was never more than Chief Technology Officer for the company.

Hutcherson even falsified documents through the Department of Corporations in Utah for the purpose of removing Mr Henslee from the company. Chris Hutcherson has also been trying to convince investors that IMG no longer exists and the company IMG is being replaced by Hutcherson's new company The Elevision Network, or Elevision Network TV, operated on stolen funds from Henslee's corporation.

Not only is he stealing my ideas and intellectual property, he and his associates are stealing our investors and our clients, and attempting to destroy my company as well. This is outright fraudulent, and we can prove it, Henslee said.

Mr. Hutcherson has employed the use of a phony attorney in a fraudulent attempt to steal the IMG stock from the original founder. There are other complaints which describe the criminal and fraudulent attempts in detail. These can be found under a search for Chris Hutcherson on usacomplaints.com.

Mr Henslee adds this special notice to practicing attorneys:
If you're an attorney and or firm specializing in the prosecution and recovery of stolen intellectual property, the senior management of IMG would like yo to contact me immediately. IMG has a number of cases available for recovery and prosecution and we are seeking the services of IP specialist lawyers. We're building a network of law firms to protect our intellectual property from conmen like Mr. Hutcherson.

The actions of Chris Hutcherson have been intended to cause maximum damage to the corporation. However, his clever manipulation of facts has lead some investors to believe the stories - and lies - he has told them about his alleged rightful ownership of Internet Marketing Gorillas and as a direct consequence these same investors have followed Chris into his new venture, The Elevision Network TV, which operates on the illegal use and promotion of intellectual property that he stole from his business partner Robert Henslee and the IMG corporation.

As a consequence of this unlawful behavior, Robert Henslee's reputation has been damaged, and it has left some investors with egg on their face - they are stuck in a difficult situation: their funds are invested with Chris Hutcherson, a corporate criminal, in an illegal company and the rightful owner, Robert Henslee has to take legal action to get it through the heads of these investors that they are in trouble. Yet, Robert intends only to help them, if there is mutual cooperation toward repairing IMG's reputation and have Chris Hutcherson investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law at both state and federal levels.

Robert Henslee says: These investors are business savvy people - they know that if they don't cooperate, and if they continue in this farce with Chris Hutcherson that they will be considered as criminally associated with this thief. Yet, they also have to face the fact that they have believed Chris Hutcherson's slanderous allegations against me and the web of lies Chris has woven.

So, to suddenly choose to cooperate with me would mean facing their wrong-doing. No matter whether they intended it or not, they still chose to believe Chris and to see me dumped from my own company. They still chose to capitalize on the use of my proprietary technology. They can either accept their punishment when the attorneys lodge their case against them and Chris Hutcherson, or they can accept their mistake, dump Chris Hutcherson immediately and come back to IMG and honor their original commitments.

This case is complex and reminiscent of a Hollywood-esque movie script.
I urge any attorney or law firm specializing in the theft of Intellectual Property to contact me through Marketing Gorillas' website as a matter of urgency. We are establishing a firm of specialist attorneys to protect IMG from IP theft and the likes of Chris Hutcherson, says Robert Henslee, owner and original founder of IMG, who plans to interview lawyers and law firms immediately.
