11/12 to 5/12: High Speed Internet.
After I cancelled service, "Consolidated" continued to charge my credit card without notice for 6 months & doubled charged during one of those months. I'm at fault for not catching the charge, but with all the alerts I have attached to my credit I didn't think a former account would be stealing from me. Even after I caught them, & confirmed with them of their error, they told me they would send a refund, but instead they sent nothing & continued to try to charge my credit card. I had to cancel my card for it to stop. Three calls & three promises of Refunds = zero. Just finished with the Better Business Bureau to no resolve. To date, "Consolidated" is still sending me notices requesting for me to update my credit information with them.
