Finally I joined on 29 March as of Fullreleases had another similar offer, but even "cheaper". After joining I received this e-mail from [email protected]:

Then instead of a charge of $4.95 they took 18,96 EUR off my acount. But this was stil not enough, on 03 July they took another 18,99 EUR. After this, exactly on 30 July they sent me this e-mail from [email protected]:

Don't need to say, I attempted to follow the above process but there is no valid link to https://secure. Billinghlp.com/support / (or any other variation of it) to follow their supposed cancellation process nor is there an option to cancel on the fullreleases website. Couldn't find any phone contact number and no-one responds to information requests.
On the next day I received another e-mail from the same address saying that they have charged the NEEDED??? Amount as below:

Here the no existing cancellation procedure follows. But it's still not the end... On 04 August they charged ANOTHER 19,42 EUR!
It might not be important, but who knows:
At the end of the registration procedure the onscreen message informed me that my billing statement will show a charge from billingsvc.com 8006579205 and my receipt ID is: 799259DA6CC5.
But my statement shows as follows:
03.04.2008. BillingSVC.com 091732321
03.07. And 04.08.2008. BillingHLP.com 091727966
Fortunatelly I do not keep to much money on this account and in the meantime I changed my card as well, but I'm really glad to see that atleast the site has been shutdown.
Beside this I think the notice on the page is quite wird I think:
