Fullreleases, Eguidestore, Billinghlp.com and BillingSVC.com, offered a one time fee of $4.95, but have charged an additional (3)$29.95 payments to my credit card. My account shows charges to Billinghlp.com and BillingSVC.com, when I checked with these two companies, I did speak with a real person, I was told that the purchase was for a Virus program, they said that the charges would be credited back, have to wait and see.
