I purchased printer ink for a very low price 6 months ago. They debited my account $22.0. I've never received the cartridge. I called them 4 times over last several months for my ink. They said it would be sent out. I waited 6-8 weeks, it never came. I finally called after 9 months, requesting a refund they were very nice and polite. I have'nt received my refund or ink cartridge as of this day. Don't buy from them. There are frauds.
