Although on fullreleases site it states... The fee to purchase an Eguide is $29.95 Applicable Taxes, this fee is a ONE time fee... You will never be asked to pay again. I actually signed up in response to a $4.95 one off fee.
Fullreleases billing is listed as eguidestore on credit card bills.

4. Once your order information page appears, press 'Cancel Order' in 'Order Status' area
5. View drop-down menu on next page to select the reason of your subscription termination
6. Please carefully check entered information. Click 'Cancel Order' to continue or 'Back' to return to the previous page and change information details.
7. The page will appear to notify you about your order cancellation confirmation.

I attempted to follow the above process but there is no valid link to https://secure. Billinghlp.com/support / to follow their supposed cancellation process nor is there an option to cancel on the fullreleases website.
No telephone contact is available and no-one responds to enquiries re cancellation sent to fullreleases or eguidestore.
Anything to do with fullreleases and eguidestore.com should be avoided like the plague. The only option is to cancel the credit card used to purchase.
Ripped off big style! This company must be earning a fortune and if I am to read all the other online complaints nothing seems to be being done to stop deceptive practice and support the consumer!
