I was told unlimited access with membership and yet every movie i wanted to watch had to be paid for

On the website it states that with a membership of $53.90 you would get unlimited access and never have to pay. Once you sign up and pay for the memebership it all changes. Any movie, song or video you want to download you have to pay for. I would really like a refund seeing as i was taken advantage of.
