I ordered a 3 year unlimited VIP access and 1 extra feature on my credit card totaling $53.86 (usd) on 7/9, transaction ID # 45790941. Another piece of paperwork I downloaded has my purchase date as Sept 06 with an order ID # 159793110906100156910 for $38.91 usd giving me 3 year unlimited access and support. I also ordered the unlimited movie access and transfer boost for $14.95 & download up to 3x faster.
This was what I originally ordered on 7/9, I do not know why there are two orders.
I have been unable to access this site foe music or movie downloads and when I've contacted the customer support by email i get no response. I have finally given up trying until tonight and noticed your information. I would like direction to receive my money back from this ripoff site.
