Blockbuster canceled my online membership, without warning. They just stopped sending videos. When I emailed them, they responded that my membership had been canceled because I had used too many of the in-store exchanges and I needed to select another plan.
My plan states: "1 at-a-time, unlimited mailings
unlimited in-store free movie/discounted game exchanges
1 FREE bonus Movie or Game Rental E-Coupon / Month"
Gee I don't know, but I thought that "unlimited" meant "not limited"... So I fired them and will take my business back to NETFLIX!
