ProcessEmails.Biz - New Ideas Scam, no contact, did not deliver, bad guarantee

I clicked on a google ad about processing emails from home. I went to their website and saw that they offered a money-back guarantee, no questions asked, which is the only way I'd ever give anyone my money.

With that information in hand, I proceeded to pay the company $19.95 via PayPal in order to get the details (I should have stopped right there). I logged in and found the many steps to take in order to create google ads for various e-books for sale. You are to setup your own website, supposedly with help from their friendly customer service support system, and then place ads and mail people the reports they requested. I never received my emailed report after I signed up, and I could not discover from the website itself what reports I was to send people who paid me for said reports. So I emailed the [email protected] address listed on the website. I received the following response:

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

So, I figured I would try from google, maybe my work email wasn't letting anything through. But I got a similar message from googls saying the same thing, error 550.

At this point, I went to paypal and tried to contact the person through the info on the invoice, to which I received no response. I then filed a claim with Paypal. The information for Paypal is below:

Aug. 9 - PayPal: Case closed
Aug. 9 - PayPal: Refund issued
Aug. 9 - PayPal: Email sent to seller
Aug. 9 - PayPal: Email sent to buyer
Jul. 29 - PayPal: Email sent to seller
Jul. 29 - PayPal: Email sent to buyer
Jul. 29 - Buyer: Dispute escalated to claim
Jul. 26 - PayPal: Email sent to seller
Jul. 24 - PayPal: Email sent to seller
Jul. 24 - PayPal: Email sent to buyer
Jul. 29 - Buyer: Dispute filed

7/29 10:37 PDT - PayPal: Buyer escalated this dispute to a Claim. 7/29 10:37 PDT - Buyer: Non-response in any form from the seller. I have emailed them at the email listed as their support system, I have emailed the email address that came through the paypal transaction and I have tried to resolve this via paypal's resolution center. I have had no reply and in the case of the support email on the website, the email comes back as undeliverable. I have also called the number linked to the paypal transaction and have been either hung-up on, or not answered at all.

7/26 12:32 PDT - Buyer: Hello again! I tried calling the number listed in your profile: 647-237-0130 and after somebody picking up and I said that I was calling regarding the email processing business, I was hung up on. I tried again, but this time the call never connected.

7/24 08:48 PDT - Buyer: Per the website, when someone signs up, they are told of an email support system: "We feature Email support system to make sure your questions and needs get answered ASAP! No other company provides you with this level of service." Also, within the members section "And last but not least, our customer service is unparalleled. We feature live help and a support ticket system to make sure your questions and needs get answered ASAP! No other company can provide you with this level of service." However, the email address given comes back as non-deliverable. Reading through the FAQs regarding refund: "Question: If I'm not happy can I get a refund? Answer: Yes, if you have given our program a fair shot and you are not happy, you can request a refund after 90 days. Just submit a support ticket" However, on another page, the text reads "... If you are not satisfied with the amount of income you are making or our excellent member's only area, you can request a refund up to 30 days!" First of all, it is not clear when a person can request a refund. Secondly, there is no support ticket system, and as noted above, when trying to send an email, it comes back as un-deliverable. I contacted the email address which was connected to the paypal transaction and requested a reply and/or refund within 24 hours, which has not happened, and so I'd like to get a refund, since their promise of product support has proven invalid.
