Taylor Street Partners - TaylorStreetCredit.com - Justin Moseley RIP OFF PLAIN AND SIMPLE

This company charged me $950 for seasoned tradelines which they did not deliver. This has been going on since May. I called and emailed almost daily and didn't get responses for weeks... Then they finally did and asked for a credit report to "make sure" that a trade line wasn't put on there as if I wasn't trying to take them for a ride... What a slap in my face...

After getting the run around again and again I finally spoke to one of their representatives (they go through reps like water) who basically just strung me along again. I demanded my money back as I no longer needed their service anyway at this point. They smugly said "well you signed the paper that said all sales are final" as though you can just have people sign a piece of paper and take their money without giving them the service/product they paid for. Last I checked "all sales final" doesn't apply when the company doesn't even give you what you paid for!

I see that several other people are posting on here about this company and oddly enough all about the same time period as well. I will be contacting the BBB about this company but I fear there is not much they can do as this Justin guy seems to be pretty slippery and will probably just hide.

The problem is that lawsuits are time consuming, money consuming and it's difficult when you live out of state. I live on the west coast and work over 90 hours some weeks... GRRRRR!!!

I see that I don't even have it quite as bad as some people do, (some people getting ripped off for over 3K!!!) and even I feel like my blood is going to boil. I think it may be a good idea since there are so many of us now to take some kind of joint action against this unpleasent fellow and his company. There are a lot of resources available for people like us (group or class lawsuits) and sometimes things are easier to do as a group, especially when a lot of people are getting ripped off at once by the same company. There must be something we can do. We can't just sit around and take this crap... I know with our efforts combined we will get this guy and take him to the cleaners!

I know complaint suggests to not put contact info in here but I'll take my chances and put in my email address as I don't seem to be able to contact anyone else that has posted about Taylor Street. So if you're interested in some type of legal action against this guy, please contact me ASAP @ I know I'll be looking into what we can do, and I'll try to get some free legal consultations to get some information about group lawsuits. If anyone has any knowledge about this type of stuff, or has had any positive outcome suing as an individual I'd love to hear about it.

Come Hell or high water we will get our money back.

Good luck everyone,

Andy
