Oct 21st, when I was in the MLM Business, so I used virtual-submit.com to submit my website so they could help increase traffic to my site. Big mistake, after I paid the $9.99, of course they have bigger packages, which I'm glad I didn't buy. The site does not have a Telephone #, email address... You have to fill out a form so they will contact you.
After a couple of days, I didn't hear a word, so I emailed them, no response. So I file a claim with Paypal Case number: PP-571-151-866 (even bigger mistake). Right after I filed the claim I get a nasty email from DB Services aka Virtual-Submit.com saying "oh you couldn't just wait, I was taking care of it". Next thing I know he emails me saying it up and running. I posted to PAYPAL Case number: PP-571-151-866 (ripoff)
10/27 07:38 PDT - Buyer: Since ordering the service Oct 23rd, I have been getting untruthful answers. Their website states, if you do not rcv your information in 24hrs contact them. I contacted them after 24hrs via email, they replied: We have normally set up accounts within 24 hours of payment. We are currently running a little behind. So, if it has been longer than 24 hours we apologize. Thank you for your understanding. I've waiting patienly, and emailed them this morning requesting a refund, their reply was, "What's the problem" after a several emails, they stated that my campaign has started which was not true, b/c I requested a forgot my password, and tried using the new password with my paypal email address. I emailed them back: If the campaign has started then I should not be getting the error message using my inbox email address. "Error: that user was not found in the database, please try again.
So beware of paypal as well, I updated the paypal case 5 times, the seller (DB Svcs, not once, and paypal closed my case in the DB Svcs favor.
