I was directed and advised through Dell to use this website when my computer was having problems. I was given a userneam and password but it didn't work when I tried logging on after my conversation with Dell.
I contacted the help address on the website for Registry Update and I never received a response. I tried again and no response. I never could log in or get help.
They charged my credit card easy enough but when I called the number listed on my credit card, I got an answering machine. I left a message and never received an answer.
There is a 90 day money back guarantee but when I asked for it, I did not get it.
I can almost guarantee they are a scam. They have no address or phone number contact on their website. I was in a position that my computer would not work so I could not research them. I will never do that again.
Word of advice: Never, Never, Never use their website.
