Looks like 12,000 is a magic number with Tough Media Group. I was told I would get this amount too. After a month or more, I have only 7.
The phone calls and emails go unanswered too. I have requested a refund by Paypal several times and no response at all. I should have used this report before my purchase. A lesson learned. I will at least spread the word.
