I paid for this at 49.90 to my credit card. Since then my computer has crashed and I tried to use their item. It does not work. I wrote the support team no answer, so I'm going to call the credit card company in the morning and make a report with them.

I want a refund now not next month. I paid they got their money. Their product does not work and it's not what I paid fo
