I ordered a Canon print head from this company with "Please Ship ASAP" in the special instructions noting the 5 - 7 working day delivery. Their website states they are "headquartered" in Los Angeles. I can WALK from L.A. To my location in 5 - 7 days! It is now 11 working days later and I still do not have my print head.
I tried calling the company's toll free number repeatedly, but only get an answering machine. They do not return phone calls. I called their number referenced on my credit card bill, but surprise, surprise, the number is no longer valid. I finally found their new number, called it and got the same stupid answering machine.
Buyer beware... Do NOT purchase from this company. It is doubtful they are a company at all but probably an operation working out of a bedroom closet in Arcadia.
