This website indicated the consumer purchase of the WinZip program would bea one time "Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access" for a total of $28.88 withe the addition of NetSpy Protector of $9.88, totaling an online purchase of$38.76.
They issued a confirmation e-mail, showing an order ID number, username and password. Of course these numbers do not allow you the"unlimited" access to WinZip as you are led to believe.
What happens is, your first access to WinZip will work. But the first new/updated version that WinZip prompts you to download and then asks you for your registration number, well that is when you finally realize that the original confimation order number and password that this so called company sent you does NOT work!
Thus, the "Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access" to WinZip, you thought you purchased is not what you paid for. Contacting the company, so far, has been unsuccessful and I have yet to receive any e-mails from thier "tech support"... Go figure...
