Triple W communications PTY LTD Alleged "Easy Flash Template" unusable poorly scripted/programmed and flawed. Company unwilling to refund or trade for other template

I paid $63 for what was represented as a "Easy Flash Template" that was anything but. It had bugs and I presented the issues to the company. The company wasn't interested in any issues that included:

The MX 2004 FLA extra version provided not opening forcing me to purchase Flash CS4

A FLA file that did not work properly. For instance I imported and replaced background artwork and Flash did not update this indicating there was a scripting issue involved in producing the SWF movie.

I told the company I'm an experienced Flash designer and provided a link to something I designed. I told them the template was complex and flawed. The company responded it was "impossible" to issue a refund or replacement template and the best they could do was a 15% discount on my next template purchase.

I issued a PayPal resolution dispute and the company wasn't influenced by such a complaint indicating it isn't conducting itself properly.
