Ripoff internet

I don't not know how this company got my information but because they did my charge card company, capital one said they cannot do anything but recharge my account for 6 times of $49.95. Capital one contact them finally as the phone numbers that were listed on the charges on my charge statements were disconnected and no longer in service. Every month the phone number changed and I have no address for this company and according to my charge card company, they stated that this was a long distance company. I cannot contact this company and I really don't know what to do.
