Direct One - Direct One Communications - Direct One Long Distance
Voiptalk - Direct One Communications - Direct One Long Distance ripoff credit card fraud Anthony Brown needs to be arrested & Laguna Hills

I received my credit card statement and there were two separate charges for 61.02 but two different companies, Vioptalk, and the other said "FREE 500 MINUTES.com" with nothing else listed for contact, I searched and found a number for voiptalk, and called them and said this was not an authorized charge, they said that I had signed up for a trial long distance co. I said I did not, and wanted a immediate credit, they agreed that they would this one time.

I then proceeded to try and find a number for the other charge, and after approximately 3 hours, and found by accident a site where there were complaints against a long distance co. And searched that one until I finally found that the free 500 minutes was the same as direct one long distance. Called about 20 different numbers and was on hold for 30 minutes, (I was not going to give up, and willing to spend 61.00 just to get back at these thieves.

I found a long report on BBB, but was shocked that it began to give the steps for the victim to dispute the charges. Nothing about this is a crime, and that the owner of the company had been the suject of of legal actions by 29 State Attorney Generals, so why in the hell is he allowed to operate any buisness, and even continue to commit fraud, and the only advice is how to dispute the charge! I want more than my 61.02 back, I want this man to pay. I would really like his credit card number and although I would not commit a crime as he has, I would love for him to know what it is like to use his numbers.

Is there any way I can get his personal information, home address, drivers lic. Number, etc.? Can I file a law-suit, and how can I press charges? Please help me get him back.
